About the program
Students will develop processes to communicate with targeted customers. They will create, implement, and critique online advertising, email marketing, websites, social media, mobile marketing, search-engine optimization, videos, images, podcasts, and webinars. Students will apply project management techniques to guide and control digital communications efforts. This program is ideal for the business minded student or future entrepreneur. Students will take initial steps to establish a business and develop a commercialization strategy.

Britany Hickey is the Digital Marketing & Management program instructor. Ms. Hickey has been at TCTC since 2024, she worked in the industry for 5 years before joining our team
