All students and families must complete their required forms before the first day of school. Final Forms allows parents and guardians to manage their student's medical information, media permissions, parking forms, and maintain updated contact information.
Welcome Families
We are excited to embark on this educational journey with you and your student, and we understand that a strong partnership between home and school is key to their success. This space is designed exclusively for you, providing information and quick access to important items related to your student's educational experience. We look forward to fostering a collaborative relationship that empowers your student for post-secondary success.

Program Fees & Toolkits
While there is no tuition to attend TCTC, fees are required to cover the cost of your student's career-technical program supplies. When fees are paid in full, these supplies belong to the student. Please plan to pay fees or make a payment arrangement on or before the first day of school.
Student & Parent Handbook
To help provide a safe and productive learning environment, our student and parent handbook explains students' rights, responsibilities and consequences for misbehavior. Parents are encouraged to take a few minutes to review and discuss the information in this handbook with their student.
Calendar
Our school calendars include essential information to keep you informed and organized throughout the school year. These calendars provide key dates, including the start and end of terms, holidays, parent-teacher conferences, and special events.
Transportation
There are a variety of transportation options to and from TCTC. Students can drive, ride the bus or be dropped off. Bus transportation is provided by your student's homeschool and all questions regarding bus transportation should be directed to the transportation department.
Parent Access
We integrate with Parent Access, a service designed to increase communication between school and home. Get set up to view your student's academic progress, daily attendance, homework, student schedule, teacher comments and more.
Uniforms & Program Shirts
Students must wear TCTC program shirts or a lab-approved uniform. All students are provided with program shirts at the beginning of the year, but additional shirts can be ordered. On the last day of each week, students are permitted to wear homeschool or TCTC affiliated attire.
Drug Testing Policy
TCTC's Drug Testing Policy was developed to inhibit the experimentation and use of illicit drugs and alcohol as well as the misuse of prescription medications by students. The TCTC Board of Education has chosen to implement a policy promoting a safer and healthier student environment.
Cell Phone Policy
We want all students to be engaged and feel safe every day. Student cell phones lead to educational disruptions, distractions, and significant social conflict. For this reason, TCTC will no longer allow students to use cell phones during the school day, with the exception of lunch.
Cafeteria
All TCTC students will receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at no charge each day of the 2024-2025 school year. No further action is required of you. Your student(s) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit an application.
