Program Fees & Toolkits
While there is no tuition to attend the Trumbull Career & Technical Center, some fees are required to cover the cost of your student's career-technical program supplies. When fees are paid in full, these supplies belong to the student. Please plan to pay fees or make a payment arrangement on or before the first day of school. Failure to pay fees or keep current on a payment plan will result in your student not being able to participate in extracurricular activities or field trips. Further, report cards, career passports, parking passes and transcripts may be held.
Additional supplies for academic classes or programs will be addressed on orientation night.
MAKING A PAYMENT
Payments can be made by cash, check, credit card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa), or money order. If you would like to make fee payments by phone, please call Mrs. Kreager at 330-847-0503, ext. 1051. Cash should be delivered to Mrs. Kreager in the cashier's office by the parent or guardian during regular school hours.
WAIVABLE VS. NON-WAIVABLE FEES
If your student qualifies for free lunch under the USDA School Lunch program, they may be eligible to have a percentage of their fees waived. Some programs have non-waivable fees for tools that will belong to the student for use in the career field upon graduation. The non-waivable fee is indicated in parentheses () in the chart on the right.
OFF-SITE TOOLKITS
In addition to general program fees, the following programs require toolkits to be purchased:
